As coach and teacher, experience has shown me that for education to be successful, each learning style must be addressed & tailored to individually. This passion and dedication is what I've poured into crafting this meticulously regimented program.
Each level serves to strengthen crucial aspects of the modern hybrid athlete. From reinforcing foundations, to new skill acquisition tactics, to finding your own style, I guide you along every step of the journey.

Unique Blend of Disciplines
FORM is comprised of a diverse array of movement types, from resistance training & calisthenics to plyometrics & martial arts. This is the "Hybrid" part of the program, and it doesn't stop there.
Detailed Tutorials
We do get up to some pretty involved martial arts flows and combos in the later levels, but I've got you covered with in-depth explanations for flowing between the movements, and for the moves themselves.
Linear Progression System
This program is curated to grow along with its students, and so too do the exercises. This is both to build a larger repertoire and a better understanding of body mechanics, because a smart athlete is strong athlete.

What's up!
I'm Sam (aka F808Z) and I'm the creator of this program! I've been training in tricking, bboying, martial arts, and professional fitness for over 10 years, and for the last 4 I've also been a professional stuntman!
A lot goes into becoming an athlete of high caliber, and I'm going to show you what I've learned to condition my body to last through a lifetime of wear and tear. Even though we're going to be putting in a lot of work, I like to keep things light and fun, otherwise how would I ever come to enjoy it as much as I have? I live and breathe what I do, and now I want to share it with all of you!
