FUNCTION: Mobility + Strength
This program is designed to introduce the concept of functional mobility exercises via the vehicle of Martial Arts, Dance, and Flow techniques. Each of the specially crafted levels expand on building a universally strong foundation with little to no equipment or need for a special facility. Functional fitness can be done by anyone anywhere, whether that be: from home, at a park, or in a commercial gym.
By the end of this program, count on notable improvements in:
-Mobility
-Flexibility
-Balance
-Strength
Additionally, while learning efficient form for classic exercises, linear progressions, and proper warm-up/cool-downs, we also works to develop your knowledge on healthy training practices and injury prevention. Ideally, this program should serve as both an effective exercise regimen and a strong foundation for funtional fitness, hybrid training, or any other exercise discipline.
