The Hybrid Training program will help efficiently build strength, endurance, mobility, and explosiveness with its diverse exercise library.
The Elite Kicks! program will introduce and guide students through the basics of several martial arts and Tricking.

Who am I?


You might know me as F808Z, da Flyin Hawaiian, or just Sam. I'm just an enthusiast of martial arts tricking, so much so that I've dedicated the last 12 years of my life to it, going from a complete novice to a professional in that time. I have no traditional background in any fighting style, in fact, my only athletic experience before I began this path was Track & Field and Bboying. So how have I managed to achieve this level in so little time? By learning to learn.


In these courses, I'm not just going to show you how to do a couple cool moves, I'm going to teach you how to make the mental and neuromuscular connections needed to comprehend multiple movement styles, all while conditioning your body to withstand the new demands. By the end of each course, you will have not only a better understanding of martial arts and tricking, but also of your own body. There are no shortcuts in life, but there are certainly more efficient ways to progress, and my blend of modern exercise with martial arts knowledge is just that, I'm living proof!
